Having commenced in 2017 with 8 teams, AFLW continues to go from strength to strength and now has a full cohort of 18 teams, representing every club within the AFL competition across Australia.

More Than Management has been on the ground from day 1 of the inception of AFLW and has cultivated valuable relationships across all 18 clubs, AFL House, AFL Head Office, with the AFL Players Association and talent pathways. This allows us to have a voice with stakeholders in conversations pertaining to our athletes, and ensure we are representing our talent across all aspects of their development both on and off the field with the key decision makers.
