More Than Management understands there is life after a career in sport, and it’s imperative every client is equipped with the knowledge and experience to transition into that space. Above all, More Than Management wants to stake its reputation on attracting the types of clients who are first and foremost good people. At More Than Management every task, regardless of size, is important.
Alexandra Saundry is one of the leading figures in the AFLW, with her experience as both a player and a manager separating her from the pack. Not only was she drafted to the GWS Giants in their inaugural AFLW season, but was the driving force behind Connors Sports Management (CSM) push into the female market. In her four and a half years at CSM, Saundry developed a reputation as one of the leading managers in women’s footy, signing the likes of Daisy Pearce, Katie Brennan, Tayla Harris and Darcy Vescio. Under the stewardship of Saundry, these female athletes were catapulted into largely unknown territory and given an identity in the football landscape. While she has specialised in growing and promoting talent in women’s football, Saundry has also established key connections with AFL players, several of whom she managed at CSM. Indeed, Saundry’s extensive football connections stem from her coaching roles at both U18 Vic Metro and the U16/U15 TAC Cup Calder Cannons. It’s these many and varied experiences that makes Saundry stand out from the pack when it comes to representing athletes, and the driving force behind the establishment of More Than Management in 2018.
