About More Than Management

At More Than Management, we pride ourselves on our personal relationships with our clients. As the name suggests, this relationship transcends contract negotiations because we recognise that every client is different.

With our trusted team of experts, we ensure that our athletes new to the More Than Management family are well looked after. We are committed to forging new pathways for athletes making the jump to professional sport and helping them become the best they can on and off the field.

A core objective of the company is to educate clients so they can make astute decisions – particularly post-career. We understand there is life after a career in sport, and it’s imperative every client is equipped with the knowledge and experience to transition into that space.

Above all, at More Than Management we stake our reputation on attracting the types of clients who are first and foremost good people. Every task, regardless of size, is important.

Alexandra Saundry is one of the leading figures in women’s sport, with her experience as both an AFLW player and a manager separating her from the pack.

She was drafted to the GWS Giants in their inaugural AFLW season and was the driving force behind Connors Sports Management (CSM) push into the female market. In her four and a half years at CSM, Alex developed a reputation as one of the leading managers in women’s footy, signing the likes of Katie Brennan, Tayla Harris and Darcy Vescio.

She has since gone from strength to strength: establishing More Than Management in 2018, adding some exciting talent to her stable and continuing to push women's sport to new heights.

‘My motto is “why wait for it to happen?”’ she says,

‘I want to help the competition go from strength to strength, player and performance wise but commercially as well.’

Since establishing herself as a leader in AFLW, Alex is making the push into other popular sports like soccer and netball. Her goal is to continue developing the women’s sporting landscape and provide more opportunities for all female athletes.

‘I want to break new ground and give women’s sport the recognition it deserves’ she says,

‘My next move would be enlisting a great team around me to achieve bigger and better things and become a powerhouse in women’s sport.’

Alex operates with a get-up-and-go attitude and is active in pursuing bigger and better things for her athletes.

She is an AFLPA and ACA accredited agent, with athletes in AFLW, Netball, W-League and Rugby 7s.
