While much of the world has come to a halt, the grind has not stopped for More Than Management athletes in their continued pursuit of excellence.

We welcome the signing of Rugby 7s young gun and Olympic hopeful Jakiya Whitfeld.

Jakiya made her World Sevens Series debut in December 2019 in Cape Town. Dubbed ‘Winx’ by her teammates for her likeness to the champion racehorse, Jakiya has set her sights on the postponed Tokyo Olympics and is using 2020 to continue to improve and train alongside her teammates.

Emily Mannix has also made the most of an interrupted 2020. She was named Vice-Captain of the Melbourne Vixens and passed a huge 50-game milestone this season.

Now in her sixth season with the club, Emily is relishing the opportunities presented each week and is enjoying the new challenge of a leadership role.

Georgia Yeoman-Dale will make her return to the W-League next season after time off with injury, inking a new deal with the Western Sydney Wanderers.

Yeoman-Dale’s extensive experience is sure to make an impact with the Wanderers with five international caps for the Matildas and over 80 W-League appearances under her belt.

Her time as a W-League analyst, Fox Sports commentator and an expert analyst for Optus Sports’ broadcast of the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup in France is sure to hold her in good stead for the upcoming season.
