MTM have been nothing but supportive ahead of the 2023 draft. Mel guides Shineah through balancing school with training and assists her in choosing what studies might assist her in her post football career. Whilst Alex and Charlie have travelled to SA, putting in extra effort to get to know our family face to face. This really highlights they are there for their players personally and ensures they have their best interests at heart.
Rachel Goody
Having not experienced the AFLW landscape, MTM provided incredible guidance and communication throughout the draft and beyond. Their support included navigating Mon’s year 12 schooling alongside her debut AFLW season at an interstate club, decisions about university pathways and connecting us with an accountant to get Mon’s off field structure right. We couldn’t be more grateful for their role so far in Montana’s AFLW career, both on and off the field.
